High Idle?

just give it a good clean and go the five pipes at the same time then flush the system with system flush around a fiver, put new coolant in there. run till hot then let cool down check to see there is enough coolant and i reckon should be all good.

its worked on mine it sounds like the same problem.

what coolant are you using?

I think its Toyota for life or something, although its got some antifreeze in now since i lost alot of coolant over time.

Seems asthough this problems come back ohh Joy, Will it cause damage the car idling at around 1200 constantly? 1500 till its warn?

has anyone's been idling at 1500 most of the time then up to about 1750 after drivin it for a bit only after buying this car gonna do all the cleaning at the weekend if it cures it just checking if anyone's in the same boat??
