its the thin one coming out of the end, i have them both "T" pieced in 1 and then into the inlet manifold...???

mine just has the smaller one on the back , I connected it into the inlet Mani.

try blocking off the bigger pipe with a bolt or plug . it might be some kind of vent to inlet system, you just want it to vent to atmosphere i take it ?
