hks fuel rail leaking

as above when there is any fuel pressure the injector closest too the fuel filter is leaking fuel i have changed the o rings on the injectors has anyone else came accross this problem

is it seated in there correctly? have you manged to damage the O ring when fitting it?

also, have you checked to make sure there is no sharp edges or a slight nic in the casting where the O ring goes?

no i havent checked inside the rail i put the o rings in as straight as i could using silicone spray to lubricate.will take the rail off again tomorrow and check the inside
