Regrettably up for sale is my 1998 Honda Accord 2.2vtec Turbo.Make: HondaModel: EDM Accord 2.2i Vtec sohcYear: 1998
Colour: Pirates Black, In my Opinion one of the nicest colours ever. Black in dim light but under the sunlight is a gorgeous dark purple.
MOT - 6months
Tax - 2months
Mileage is 87000 on the car and about 8500 on the engine.
Standard features include:
Full Leather interior
Electric Sunroof
Air Con (now removed)
Electric Heated Wing Mirrors
Cruise Control (removed due to steering wheel)
4 x Electric Windows
Centre arm rest.
Full optional Aero Kit.
This car recently had a 5page feature in the March 09 edition of Banzai.
Unfortunately i have to sell for a more 'sensible' car as i need to buy a house!
This is a VERY rare opportunity to own a one of a kind accord.
I belive this is the most powerfull accord of this chassis in the UK.
It is currently running a very conservative 300bhp and 301ft/tq at 13.5psi.
With some bigger injectors and a remap 400+ is easily achievable should you require more power.
This suprises alot of cars with its pace. It is also extremely comfortable for a car with aftermarket coilovers.
The Engine was built by Performance Autoworks (Honda Specialist)
The ECU Was mapped by ARTech Tuning (Honda Specialist)

The car comes with a folder FULL of receipts for parts and work and the car also comes with the service book with full history upto a year or two ago.
This car was £22,000 when new!
Bad Points:
There are some light scratches here and there and a couple of scuffs on the front splitter to be expected from an 11year old car.
There are a few electrical problems which started when the snow came so i guess water got in somewhere. It has made the wing mirrors act a bit funny where the left one was moving on its own until i removed the fuse for the interior light! And the alarm has gone off randomly on 2 occasions. Im sure an auto-elctrician would have this sorted within 30minutes!
Also please note the gauges pictured on the dash are no longer there.
