horrible grinding noise

i have a horrible grinding noise when i turn right
i cant hear it if im driving normally just if im driving slow on full lock

had the cv joint changed this weekend and its still there
i got told it was something to do with the brakes but the are perfectly fine
anyone no what else it could be?

its driving me mad

Could be a wheel bearing

maybe
the grinding sounds like its coming more from the middle of the car though
but only on full lock right
could that still be a wheel bearing??
