forged engines aren't bullet proof all depends on the tuner and the managment being used, im building a stock 4E engine with a TD04 at a bar and hopefully should see 215 at a bar boost.

i think for yourself 240 is achieveable at 1.2bar on a good engine

when u say stock by that u mean stock internals? and 215hp is what u expect is that achievable without blowing that engine?

what about ct9 hybrid is it save to run at 1.2 daily with all other mods that I am thinking off @1.2 should hit 240-220 at the moment i am building a head changing all the valves and guides to brand new toyota ones costing me abit. all new seals, billet cams, cruise springs, lighter puleys and gears, port polish, skim head, new plugs iridium, brand new distributor, with set of uprated leads. new pcv valve when its build it will be better than brand new. the i am moving down to bottom end work and much more after that then brand new gearbox, when the engine bay is done moving to suspension brakes inside outside styling.

Dont want to be a mental fast car just abit of poke will be racing the odd time but nothing major just a few drag races there and then. also the car will be very light. will be concerted into comercial so no back seat or anything like that in the back

Well With a good map you should see that power easy mate.

Mine made 234.2 bhp @ 1 bar on a td04 on stock internals :)

ct9 hybrid would yes but id use an external wategate setup as it will creep like a bitch at 1.2 on the internal gate and actuator :(

240hp on a stock engine is fine pal as long as its a gt engine 1.2 bar should see that! td04 runs ok at 1.6 bar dude

i may be wrong but i think its either or...

You either use an ext. wastegate or an uprated actuator

In order to use the ext. wastegate set up..you'll need and externally gated manifold...e.g WEPR, ZISCO etc

If you choose to upgrade the actuator you can get one from HKS..TOM or JAM

a few traders on here sell the HKS actuator kits...the others are very rare
