fmic,fcd,full ss,down pipe, ported mani,fuel regulator , coldair feed i had it set up on rollers and getting 184.3 with 176lb torq

impressive figure for 1bar it depends on the condition of your engine and turbo of course, but i don't think you'll have any probs,

personally, i would look at a proper aftermarket mani just to be on the safe side.

my turbo has been running 1.2 bar for the last month or so and before that ran a bar for a good while too before the engine rebuild and she's still going strong

such a silly question in my opinion.

no-one can say how long mate. The more you abuse it the more likely it will go sooner..... stock turbo can hold a bar pretty safe though.
