How to remove Gear stick

'ello,

i need to remove my gearstick on my donor car and fit it into my other car. The previous owner took a hacksaw to the gearstick and i want it back to standard. How easy are they to remove / replace.

It you take the centre console plastics off you will get full access to the 4 bolts that secures the gearstick housing. When you take it off you will be able to see the snap ring that holds the stick in place, its easy to remove it from there.
