How to remove valve guides?? Scrapping some heads

Im scrapping all my junk and Im trying to remove valve guides from a few old heads. Are these pressed it? I cant see any clips or the likes so do I drive them out with a heavy hammer?

I noted another thread which said parshally insert a old valve and and tap it sideways to break snapring then drive all out with a hammer

You need to heat the body around the guide at about 100-120 c (better by boiling water and not fire from a torch) and then do the taping with a special tool. Why you wan do that tho...you will not be able to use again the old valve guide and generaly are cheap enough to buy..
To take it out is easy...to install a new one back is a more presize job.
