mine also has the option of start listing immediatly or choose a time but my buy it now is in the exact same place

Ok you should have (Choose how you'd like to sell your item) and two tabs below 1)online auction 2)fixed price..
choose either as both have it. If you have selected correctly all the way through then it should be there...If not then i dont know really i have it up on my screen..
