Need of some help

I ordered some braided brake lines form the company above after i seen someone on UKSC recommend them. (dont normally use that site)

I placed the prder on 1/11/09 but all i have received is a confirmation email saying that my order has been successfully processed. I tried ringing, emailing but get no answer.

What can I do?

How did you pay for them? If through Paypal, do a claim. If through your bank issuer then you might wanna give them a call and see what they can do?

Well I payed with the prepaid visa card that i get from work, If i ring the company who deal with the card do you think they may help?

yes they will

They should be able to reverse the charge but you will need to find out the procedure they require and follow it to the letter.

give them a call and ask them what the process is for fraudulent transactions.
