Impreza, MR2 or Other? :confused:

Greetings all,

I sold off my beloved Starlet in the summer as I had a flat and no parking, well I'm buying a house now and will have a garage, need to drive to work so was looking at a new car. Budget is about £2000-3000 for car and possible repair/mods.

I loved my Starlet EP82 but fancy something a bit different, I was drawn between either an Impreza (maybe wagon) or an MR2 Turbo, ideally something rear or all wheel drive.

Any suggestions, tips or things to look out for, I would appreciate the feedback. Thanks:homer::confused:

Mx5, way more fun thanthe mr2 and much cheaper than a Scooby to run, also really cheap and easy to get 200 bhp out of one with turbo or supercharger. Mx5nutz.com

Ahh maybe Golden, didn't you have a turbo MX5? Did you buy my TOMS bumper when you were moving house??? Or am I losing it???

Yea that was me dude lol, still got my mx5nits 269bhp and 246ibft on a mk2 1.8 engine and vf28 turbo + supporting mods etc lol,

Also still got my gt and put your old toms bumper to good use :)
