indigo dails

fit indigo dials to my glanza all working grand but me rev counter needle gose to 4 1/2 and me temperature gauge needle goes to 1/4 up the gauge straght away from first start would any body have an idea on were i went wrong

You pulled the needles off, your gunna have to do some trial and error, I would turn the car on and let it warm up fully so idle is normal, this way you can pull the rev counter needle off with the temp needle and set them whilst the car is running. Good luck lol
