thanks :)

is there a special order for clutch plate to respect ?
Do you know if we can use spacer to have it stiffer ? then how to place them ?

I really don't think it should be stiffer... I actually going to run it with some of the plates "deactivated".

You should however use different belleville spring to add initial prepload.

I'm wondering where I'll be able to source different Belleville spring.
I'll check that :)

I think TRD should sell them. Otherwise you can make a shim to preloaded the system. But it should be very very thin, less than half a millimeter and absolutely flat.

the prob with shim is where to fit that shim. if the shim is less than half a milimiter and we place it between original Belleville spring and casing. it will collapse on first go, as the casing is not flat. (my LSD has eaten two of them already)

I have just found TRD sells dedicated shims

40101-AW101 (0.1)
40101-AW102 (0.2)

they also have repair kit : 40107-AW101

now I'm wondering where to find those. (no TRD shops in my country)
