Instructions for using the attachment manager ?

I can't find the 'Pictures & Albums' link... ?

they are just generic vbulletin guides. Albums have not been implemented yet but we do plan on implementing them soon.

For image attachments simply go to attachments at the bottom when you are posting and you can browse your computer for photos and attach them, a very under used feature in my opinion.
