insurance and decat

someone drove into the rear of my car, i believe my car is a write off. car is being collected on monday for inspection by insurance company.

i declared the exhaust and other mods, however unsure if it will be ok to leave the decat on. has anyone else been in the same situation..

What kind of exhaust system did you declare? Full system or just a cat back?
If you declared a full system you might be lucky and get away with it.
