ok ive done a few online quotes with confused, and when i put a glanza reg in, it comes up as a 5 door gl, and alot of the gt's i tried it wont find the car. but i foned up my insurance and got a quote for a starlet gt, but it came up as a 1.3 gli, and she said thats what it was?? altho its a turbo,?? has anyone had these problems?? as my insurance was only an exra £87 on my premium for the starlet from a 106 quicksilver 16v

cheers

Try Confused.com again but without entering in a plate num, just choose the Japanese import GT Turbo or Glanza.

Never ever use the registration plates from any imported cars to obtain insurance quotes! They are always incorrect.

Using online quotes select the model then put the reg in later as Chris said.

Have you tried companys like sky, adrian flux, bell etc? Confused.com quoted me mega money, went with flux and it was almost half, now wth sky and even cheaper!

Whilst these companies can quote you, the are designed for standard UK vehicles.. you need to speak to a specialist insurer ;)
