Witht he current cost of the insurance, it doesn't surprise me that things like this happening, if fact the higher the insurance will go, the more and more people will drive without the insurance or register wrong car details for insurance!

The same will apply for the Road Tax - as the roads of our "developed" country keep getting f**ked every day and so little is being done to fix them, I personally don't see any point in paying the Road Tax! An expesive sticker on the windscreen if you ask me -)

It's great to see insurance companies winning like this to court, it will only help keep insurance costs down if insurer refuse to pay out if a car is not as the driver specified....
