insurance question??

i have been insured for 2 months on my starlet and just received a phone call from my insurance telling me i am not paying the right monthly payment when i am paying what has been stated as the direct debit, and i also signed the form they sent me to agree to pay the amount by direct debit :s where do i stand on this when i have signed the agreement and been insured for 2 months??

give them a call, ask how much they think it should be
check the amounts your paying
do you have a copy of the paper worked signed and agreed that you could email them?
