Intercooler hose

you could use this yes but... its an engine that runs very high temps if pipe was to touch anywhere hot it will melt and you will have a leak not good so i would personally say not a good idea stick with good old aluminium pipes and silicone couplers :)

But it has a 2-ply silicon outer and states can withstand 325°C. I'm routing it from fmic (lhs of engine bay) to the inlet, so doesn't pass anywhere hot like the manifold. I'm just sick of the joints blowing off. This happens because the beads have been cut off standard pipes to get the route correct and there are dents in some of the pipes to give clearance to other parts. I thought a single hose would be better.

Would be ok, but you won't get bends anywhere near as tight as solid or preformed silicone pipes. Plus it will have no suppoirt so would most likely rub somehwere and wear through. I have never had an intercooler pipe blow off and I don't have the beads on the pipes and only have jubilee clips holding them together ;)
