I think its just a comon house spider! i think it must have found some steroids in the rubbish lol

i had a 8 foot tree boa a few years back, had to giv him to a zoo cus he was getting a tad big, i just let him roam the bedroom tho lol, altho my nan did almost have a heart attack when he ended up at the bottom of her sleeping bag o she was sleeping init too lol

now that is 1 big spider considering its a house spider hate those things
i have 2 cats and 1 young bearded dragon. used to have 2 adult dragons but they died had them for 5 years as well
