Been there. It was actually very boring. You cant go fast and there was lots of traffic, nothing like Top Gear made it look like.

just reading the thread here, i think france or some were like that would be pretty cool, but just how much petrol muni will we need i personally think with will be a couple of hundred quid
on a cheaper note the isle of man sounds good no speed limit in the mountains etc, anyone ever been and is there much of a club scene. tho then we cant get a look at the malta boys Motors cos i dont think they would come that far

A couple of things really,
Agree with Rory there are plenty of events at Santa Pod through out the year why go there again and to be honest i agree with the fact of numbers and getting people to commit to paying money where due will be harder than you think.
I think you would of been better pm'ing one of the Events Mods and asking for it to be discussed in the events room so we could get a proper date and location (Something that will be coming in due course for anyone wanting to organise an event.
Not sure May is the best time for a meet here, there is already an event at pod around that time, and being before show season most people would be saving up, having cars sorted out. Also watching to avoid school holidays, if thinking of travelling will be far more expensive than normal.
Maybe arranging the meet to be along side the Le Mans Trip would be better.

This is something i would really like and looking forward...i am from greece...but if we could find something really good i would come...i just hope it won't be somewhere far...i think somewhere around the centre of europe would be the best..so that everybody could come:drive::drive:

Right this is just an idea but was gonna ring up santa pod or shakespeare raceway tomorrow to see if we could rent it out for a day,
would be next year sometime prob around may time as there more chance of it being sunny
would be cool to get the irish lot over and even the malta boy's:rockon:
so really just looking if people would be interested
International is called a meeting made somewhere in the centre of EUROPE.for example HONDA S2000 had a meeting this year in ITALY.
