no performance gain. worth getting if your going to be upping the boost etc as any new plugs will give a better spark.

plugs are a serviceable item and should be replaced periodically anyway.

yeah iridiums only need replacing like every 20,000 miles anyways lol so its worth it just for the convenience. In fact on the toyota corrola t-sport which uses ngk iridiums they only replace them every 60,000 miles which is a touch much if you ask me.
