** Is The Starlet Turbo Auto Engine same as a Manual? **

Hey guys just a quick question with an auto starlet turbo. is it all the same jsut the gear box? will a manual gearbox fit on a automatic gt engine???

it will but you will have to change the sandwich plate behind flywheel so it will fit a standard gearbox

i had an engine from an auto fitted in my old glanza about 2 months ago

same engine, different parts on inlet (eg TPS) and flywheel. straightforward swap though

Don't forget different ECU for auto and manual although I am running a manual ecu tps etc with auto box. I am not sure about the other way around.
