I can't see Photobucket pictures in work, but count the fins. I think it's 8 for the CT9a and 9 for the CT9b (off the top of my head).

i can't tell if its a hybrid or not....as the compressor is covered

surely you cant tell a hybrid from a stock just by looking at it?

i remmeber on my old s2 escort i payed 800 for a stage 3 t3 and looking at it it looked like any other t3 ?

with most of the ct9 hybrids...its usually very easy to tell the difference, as the compressor wheels are usually very different in size and/or design to the oem ct9 compressor wheel....also, the compressor housing tend to need porting to accomodate the hybrid wheel

i guess if the hybrid was VERY mild upgade then it maybe harder to notice, but that in itself would defeat the purpose considering the ct9 unit:cool:

ALL of the CT9 hybrids I have seen before have a noticeably larger compressor wheel:cool:

You can see where a larger compressor has been added and can tell the inlet is larger.
