wot is the rev limit usually as mine is very high and i don't lyk revving it too high so ive bought a bee r, mine revs to around 8750rpm, i have to do this on strip wen warming tyres up so i don't do it for very long

think they are about 8200...i presume that its 8700 on your rev counter, and these are normally a little out, so it could be 8200 still...if that makes sense lol

Don't put too much trust the stock rev counter. Mine reads 4000rpm when a multi meter shows the engine is really limiting at 8200rpm. I also have a Jam ecu fitted. My case is a bit extreme but it did cause me alot of concern at first.

Lol. I'm suprised I didn't blow the engine trying to get it to rev pass 4000rpm....yet the car wasn't losing speed. Faulty tachometer was the culprit
