Jap show finale tickets discount?

As the jap show finale was a wash out last year, can we use those tickets for discount?

You have to contact them in advance, tell them when you went, what didnt happen etc let them know what you want to attend instead - then send your old tickets to them and they will send you new tickets. There are terms and conditions though, like you only have a certain amount of time after the event to claim back new tickets.
