Yes matey that was one of my first days after finishing the Engineering courses we do.

Not a great day but a massive eye opener and it made me realise how precious life actually is.

i work for MOCAL. sure you all seen mocal oil coolers.. making custom brake lines/oil lines/oil cooler kits etc and mailorder. not the most exciting but grateful to still be in a job at the moment!

Has its good points and bad boys 4 years training on shit money but the qualifications I have received have been awesome.

Good points being the pay when i qualify next month and I work shift which works out to be 118 days of the year, and preserving life and keeping LU running at least most of the time. I even got a class 2 LGV licence from it too.

Im joining the Retained Fire Service once im on shift as there is one in Range of my house

Regarding the fire service you carent work at your local station its not allowed cus of being recognised on shift in the even of a call out

Yeah the factory is quite a commute from Stafford!

I don't build them, we are a third party logistics provider for them.

Regarding the fire service you carent work at your local station its not allowed cus of being recognised on shift in the even of a call out

Full time no but retained you have to live within a certain radius to get there within 5 minuts of being paged matey
