just been mapped

    i made 320 at 1.7 bar on a td05-16g..
    running omex 600 standalone, and a safeish map..
    still plenty more left, but waiting for my zisco throttle body and fule to turn up before we re map the car..

    Good going mate, this on a 4e or 5e? Think you pretty much maxed out on that turbo though so wouldn't expect much more power.
    How you finding the Omex? :)

    4e adam, with stock cams etc.. just a mild port really..
    no their is more power adam, ignition can be played with, but with inlet and that on way we re map once those bits are fitted..
    Omex is brilliant, I saw it on dyno and drove it round the block, very smooth compared to before..

    very nice result....you must be happy

    questions, was this tuned on the dyno? what type of dyno? will you be getting it doubled checked on the road?

    i'm not sure you will get much more out of the td05, but nothing beats a try

    I think you'll be pushing the turbo beyond its efficiency if you went anymore tbh, you may get a little help with a new inlet but I doubt you'll make much more power.

    Bet the power comes in nice and strong on the 4e, you got a graph yet mate?

    should get a graph tomorrow..
    no what I meant adam was the boost will not be increased..
    just theirs ignition timing left to play with and with the inlet,
    larger throttle body and a more efficient front mount intercooler their is more to be had..
    have to say im chuffed with the figures..

    the power is savage, but controllable.. and its very nice to drive low down the revs..
    and it was the smoothness I was after not mega power, but I appear to have both..

    mapped on a dyno dynamics dyno gorgan..
    yes it has been tweaked on road earlier today..

    it be nice to see what gaines can be had from an inlet, larger throttle body and more efficient intercooler.

    hes is a great result, but he has a much better refined head then me..
    all I have is smallest porting possible and rest is stock head..

    ive got a japspeed one..
    but im going to eventually get one made by a company called Pro Alloy.
    but will be designed by my tuner..

    but very happy with my result

    nice result!! you should be able to get a bit more out of it especially if you havnt really played with the ignition side much :)

    cheers sasha, it being remaped after zisco inlet and throttle body are fitted alont with a zisco fuel rail..
    and the ignition will be played with more..
    but the driveability is the most impressive thing.
    and its more then a few td05 results ive seen recently.
    so im very pleased with it.

    cheers mate..
    on a stock head full boost at 4400 rpms..
