K24/26 hybrid

Hullo all! I have a K24/K26 hybrid turbo kit going on my glanza soon. I am just wondering whats the max boost people reccomend and ballpark bhp figures @ this boost.

I was told 1.6bar and about 270bhp

well thats really vague mate... it depends on alot of other things... the k24/26 does max out at around 1.7bar.. but that depends heavily on how ur engine is setup... ie compression ratio... cams etc...

I know Kon. There are so many variables! Basically:

Forged 4e (not sure on spec but standard cams - usuall basic headwork)
EMU
95 Ron fuel
denso 460 cc injectors
Apexi AVCR

Can you guess a roundabout figure @ 1.6bar - just an average would do, im just curious?

Oh, and any other info you might have would be nice! Spool time, top end etc

well power figure wise ur asking the wrong guy lol... as we dont use dynos lol...

as for ur planned spec the main problem i see is the fuel.... with 95ron ur gonna have to tune very safely with alot of retard... or rather not alot of advance... and that is what builds up power alot, the ability to be able to advance timing.. that will also affect spool up times... but may give a slightly better top end... depends how the engine will respond to tuning really
