Lack of Power (cuts out) when under hard accelaration

Say if i am in 3rd and decide to put my foot down all the way up to the limiter when it reaches say 6-7k the power cuts out then comes back in a second later.

I was thinking:

Crap Fuel
Spark Plugs

Anything else it could be?

i had a very similar issue it would rev up to the limiter slowly no probs but if you try to get there fast it would cut in and out like you said until it reached the rev limit

turned out to be spark plugs gaps dont know how it happened it was like it when i bought it

Cheers mate, worth changing the plugs as I guess as a 5 min job. Will get them changed, vpower and fuel system cleaner should do the trick

As above, look towards the ignition system... can start with plugs if you aren't sure how old they are.

Then move onto HT leads, Dizzy cap and rotor arm
