Here you go Dave, i put one of these on my car and it works perfectNeed a standard Lambda sensor asap cash waiting.
Thanks
Dave
Yeah all you do is cut the wire between the plug and the sensor and then it comes with a connector and you just crimp it onto the plug end and it works spot on, have you got a dodgey connection then? maybe check the wires connected into the plug correctly. Thanks Nick, did it wire in okay?
The thing is my lambda sensor was working fine before I snapped the wire on it and now when I re-connect it, it still doesnt work .
Its a single wire yes, i haven't examind the wire in depth but it is just a single wire so as long as it connect's together it should work, have you hit alot of standing water recently? i hit a huge puddle of standing water and i broke my lambda sensor from the sudden change in temp. There is only 1 wire isnt it? There is an inner silver colour single strand wire and a copper one around the outside all contained in the 1 wire isnt there?
I have tried connecting it in various ways but it still wont work and my car is hidious on fuel like this .
