if the lamda sensor has gone down can it cause blue smoke on idle wen engine warm /or could it be valve seals

no the lambda cant cause that... check your pcv valve, if its blocked it will cause smoke.. otherwise it could be ur turbo seals or valve stem seals.. but best check thoroughly mate..
