leak in throttle body spindle..

hi guys
am having a boost leak right where the tbody spindle goes in the throttle body..i diassembled it and noticed there is seal in the the body,that where the leak is coming from,,,
hav eu guys ever changed this seal..?
coz i never heard abut someone talking about this before..

never seen it being a problem before, but there is every chance alot of cars have a slight leak from there!

its leaking quite bad as am losing .2 bar boost pressure...here are some pics

you can see the 2 seals i removed..

The bushes do seem to wear out badly in some cases.
You will need to make new ones
