Levin brake upgrade

hey gang, i have a 5efte ep82 and have located some supercharged levin brakes and discs that im looking to buy. I know this has been discussed but I am still unclear on exactly what is required to change to this setup. Can someone please answer my questions below:

1) Do the levin calipers bolt up?
2) Do the levin discs bolt up?
3) I understand that spacers are required. What size (thickness) is required - will this offset the wheel? and is this an issue? are new stud bolts necessary?
4) Can you instead machine the caliper or part of the disc instead of offsetting the wheels?
5) What else should be done
6) Any useful tutorials available, read some but its broken english and difficult to understand

Any other useful information would be appreciated

1) yes
2) yes
3) 8mm spacers needed between hub and discs, you'll need longer studs. it will then offset wheels by 8mm
4) the reason you offset discs is to align them with calipers
5) very good cheap upgrade

3 or 4mm spacers Lio

And Ed, your discs are from a 2002- 2.0 D4-D Corolla - 25mm thick

i think it depends which leving brakes in fact, as there are few.
I understood levin superstruts brake (275*25mm 2 pots calipers) needs 8mm spacer, now I had them in hand and did not install them... installed celica st185 gt4 instead (as it was way cheaper) which needed 4mm spacers

Hmm, I always thought it was 3/4mm - Whiteglanzav is using my old AE111 set with the discs you mention with the aforementioned spacer x x

I might be wrong :(
as I finaly didn't install them, but from other members install, I understood 8mm spacer were needed for superstrut brakes. I thought other levin/corolla brakes (255*25mm discs) were 4mm ?
I'm using 286*26mm discs now with 6 pots calipers, so I might have mixed it all in my mind !

Riko, does yours were 255 or 275mm ?

is there any issue offsetting the front wheels? do you have to get a new alignment, any other issues?
