looking at your pic,it looks like your disc is sitting flush with the hub where the wheel mounts? is that right?

they were 277x23mm I believe - I didn't think the BZR discs are THAT thick though

Those rotors can't be 277mm in diameter and work in the stock location. BZR rotors are 275mmx25mm. You have to either cut them down to the 254mm or make an adapter plate to mount the caliper the inch higher.

The BZR rotor has a deeper hat than the EP82/91 requiring the spacer to correctly center the rotor in the caliper. This is why you need the longer studs.
