Looking at going forged

I would like to get some idea's on what aftermarket parts to use on the 4e to go forged and make good power with a lot of boost in the mix.

I would like to know:

What pistons?
Rods?
Bearings?
Valve springs?
Cams?

etc...

Also I would like to know your experience with those parts and if they hold the power or have actually failed.

i personally use

wiseco pistons and scat rods (low comp)
acl bearings
speedvision valve springs
stock cams (well 5efhe cams)
a large amount of port work and mirror polished exhaust ports and combustion chamber and valve heads
and an EMU

currently makes 240hp @ 20psi (at the wheels) on a gt2860rs
