Just though I'd add a thread were members an post examples of man food they've managed to cook and more importantly survived eating it :)

To start things off, I did a beer can chicken over the week-end very easy and tasty to boot.

here's a recipe from the web but i just used cooking oil, salt & pepper and half a can of heineken

The only difficulty is getting the bird to stand on the beer can...

made burgers last week and threw in some seriously hot peppers,spices, garlic and herbs in the mix, my arse was on fire for days but it was TASHTE!!!!!

but @the epic meal time lad, they are nuts funny shit, an great commentary. custom SAUCE, with some CHEESE ON IT! LMAO

an its also good that there in ken blocks latest gymkhana lol

Looks good mate I made a good curry on Friday nite but it was not man food , kebab place up the road dose a thing called a kings envelop 14"pizza base filled with 4 different kebab meats then folder over then tomato and cheese on the top :)

this is just brilliant and i dont think you can beat those epic meal time lads. They are just the nut 71,000 calories in a lasagne haha
