Rite, i need a new manifold asap, what shall i get??

Can i get the JAM mani from Dave?

no you can't, they used to be released in very limited numbers in batches, only very few times a year. They have now ceased to make anymore items...literally, they have no materials for it, and haven't done for a while. I tried ordering one last September....after 13 weeks of waiting, I gave up

While on the subject, i have been thinking of getting a manifold for my car but the one that is on it atm has been bored out ect, would getting an aftermarket mani be better or just as good as the one on?

i'd recomend one of the mild steel ones, like Toby's ones ( toytuning ) or starlet_GTTurbo_bristol's ( SPS ) ones

Try and stay away from SS ones in my expierance you'll just end up welding it or getting another
