as above, i have my last ep82 left. had 4 but sold them all on . this my last one with no nct, no exhaust or cat. and its a non runner , just needs a coil pack. also needs handbreak cables and a wheel bearing. got offered a 1.3 starlet with 4 speed box with nct and tax, should i take it as a run about car?? like would it be a fair deal?
