missing spark

a few months ago my car was juddering when going along and i replaced the spark plugs with iridiums and the HT leads with magnicors and all was good again but recently its started doing it occasionally again.when in say 4th/5th gear at about 30-40mph so low revs it often like judders the same time consistantly like on one stroke its missing spark.what could the problem be as its randomly started again recently and as mentioned has brand new leads and plugs.cheers guys

what are you doing in 5th at 30mph? lol mine does this too if i put my foot down at low revs, pretty sure my lambdas fucked. so i avoid low revs

trying to change a cd or save petrol lol its generally at low revs or when i accelerate at low revs.but if i give it some its fine!
