Is there a difference between a turbo muffler and a non turbo muffler?

if you mean the back box, then yes, the turbo item is bigger i believe, although if you need a new one i'd say get a aftermarket one.

yea, i meant are aftermarket turbo back box the same as the non turbo ones?

or is there a difference, I already have one but i want to change it, someting is vibrating in it softly but annoys me

as long as the inlet of the mufflers is the same size as ur exhaust sytem and the outlet bigger then it doesnt matter

The outlet on the exhaust should be the same size as the inlet, unless you were refering to the tailpipe.

Measure the internal diameter of the pipe running through the 'box (muffler), so long as it matches or is greater than that of the stock system, you shouldn't have an issue.
