ill ask the guy next time im up . he went off on one when i said about whp lol he said wee things like even how much the car was straped down would change the whp tho as long it stayed the seam the sofewere on the dyno would work all that out for you on the run down . this guy is a v v respected engine builder over hear and would mainly work on rally and sprint cars thats way im talking what he said in . he also has no need to lie and bump up the hp as he dose no tuning for me just dyno runs i always uses the seam dyno . ill try and get more info on it tho as i can see what your saying

I think Engine Advantages may be a bit "gung ho" when it comes to estimating flywheel BHP to put more of a smile on faces.

yeah obviously dynos will over quote the power sometimes because they like to put a smile on peoples faces,

but i personally would prefer a real read of wat its running so you know wat you need to improve.

i also agree that map looks crap matey, who tuned it for you?

And some how I don't trust those figures of power qouted at the engine..


You aslo need to take into account the temperature. If you dyno your vehicle in the winter and then dyno it in the summer you will be in for a shocker if you don't use correction factors..


In summary I am only interested in WHP...
