two days a go i put new mild steel manifold,decat,FPRR and fuel cut defencer after that i noticed when i stop on traffic light the smoke is coming out and gone when i drive off leaving lot of smoke behind smell like oil burning i put new seal on the turbo return pipe ( turbo is boosting fine) what should i do put new steam seals?can i use old headgasket?help help plssssss

sounds like turbo oil seals to me, change the turbo , if your badly stuck i have a turbo here that was rebuilt not so long ago that i have lying in the shed
Remove the turbo from the manifold and keep the turbo on the other lines and also remove the pipe from the throttle body.
Start it an rev it like you want to break it. If it smokes then you have piston/ring problems.
Do a compression test if you have a tester or just go buy one, it should be cheap
