Need to upgrade memory

Okay so i think the Kingston memory i have in my PC atm just isn't cutting it, i have 2gb atm did have 4 but thats another story, so basically looking for an upgrade.

Been out of building pc's properly for a while so when i built this one i used ram i had, and slightly unaware of what ram to put in so any help would be great.

My motherboard is

Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2 -
Uses DDR2 ram

I'm using a AMD Phenom2 64 x3 looking for memory now, totally forgot the other day...!

Scrap that... I ended up wasting money on a new full HD moniter.

Memory upgrade would be a waste of money! Performance gain less than 5%. You will gain a lot more if you upgrade your HDD -)

Okay so I'm looking at upgrading ram again - only thing that I'm never sure on is the ram - Will all DDR2 be compatable with all DDR2 slots? So if I got this

I can't remeber what Mboard I put in this so will have to find a tool when home to disypher which one I have I know it's an am2+ / am3 Gigabyte board..
