I ordered a blitz ebc and fcd from nengun a couple of weeks ago. i dont have maypal so my next door neighbour paid it with his using my nengun account. they got confused over this because of the 2 different addresses. anyway paypal launched an investigation and then it was all cleared up and nengun said all appeared to be fine and my order and payment was received. Then 2day (day my stuff is being shipped) i got an email saying that my goods had been shipped and that i should check my account for the tracking number. Tried to log into my account and it says my account has been disabled due to unauthorized payment so i cant get the tracking number. Ive emailed them but do you guys think i will get my goods as there has been no refund of money to my neighbours account. will have to wait til 2night for their response and the last email said they had been shipped. bit nervous and worried as it was over 230quid i spent.

Well if they say its being shipped then it should be shipped... But just to warn you that the tracking may take up to 5 days after its shipped to appear. Also expect the item to arrive in at least a week or two. Nengun prices are good but they are extra slow!

Supernova has hit the nail on the head. Great prices but very slow to deliver!

i got my emange from them they delayed delivery for a few weeks but for the price they sell them its worth it! my mate also got a power FC from them, took awhile but they do get the goods out eventually.

yeah i've ordered stuff from them before and it does take a while to arrive, like Dan said its worth the wait for the money you save :)

Parts always arrive as promised from nengun - just take a while! Usually takes around two months from the day you order to when it arrives on your door step. Still you get such a good deal, its worth the wait imo. Am sure they will sort it all out so try not to worry, whenever I've emailed them with a consern they have always replied quickly.

I dont care if it takes a month, thats still a bargain!!

have used them 3times never had any problems and one of my orders was €1000.. only thing is the waiting game which i didne mind for a saving of €400

i know im thread digging her but saves me staring my own thread ,, just ordered cusco bmc for 55 euro + 12 shipping which is nearly 50 euro cheaper than anywhere else but i only saw the thread now about shipping times :homer: are they really that bad did anyone order anything recently as god knows how old the thread is lol

one more thing will i get caught for customs ??

Yes you might get caughty with import tax no one can say if you will just luck realy, smaller items you dent to get away with bigger items eg clutch-flywheel -FMIC no way off geting out off the import tax.

If they told you that the item was shipped, i will rely on their say, and be patient wait a bit, but to Malta shipping from there only takes 3-4days to be here. also tracking from Japan by EMS is available online immediately after every step the parcel moves from my experience when alot of itmes were bought from perfectrun.jp, they are super efficient. regard import tax its all about luck if it will be withheld or not but many times it gets withheld unfortunately (always mark your parcel as a gift and low priced)!
