thing is, it's bollock, pure and simple. give it 2 years max and you'll be agreeing with me once the sped-up tinkly pianos chipmunk phase has worn off.

take some badly written track, speed it up a bit, get some female to squawk over it, speed it up some more, distort the kick drum a bit, then speed it up again = instant happy hardcore.

did i say it's bollocks? cos it is....now i'm off for a shower cos i feel dirty after listening to that.

lads all that happy hardcore stuff is total and utter toss. I dont mean to offend anyone but jesus how can you even call it music.

Speed up the beats throw some eastern european bird on singing about nothing that makes sense in a high pitched voice and give it a crap video that makes even less sense... bring back all the old skool stuff I say... the stuff that passes for music these days is a disgrace.

I really enjoy all sorts of hardcore depending on mood...

We all know there is a difference. No such thing as proper hardcore, there all hardcore just at different pitches with different sound tracks and a harder beat.... You get HTID tunes that are VERY hard and no singing etc....

But surely you should know this??

im not disagreeing with any of the points that old school hardcore is great.

I love the old stuff as well as HTID... basehunter, not really, but are catchy, thats it...

Im well into hardcore music and have been for about 3 years now....

My favourite music is trance, deep euphoric trance, i have about 30 Trance albums... Been listening to trance now for about 8 years, will never grow out of it...

I think the song is crap but the chick is hot gotta love hot brunettes lol Ministry of sounds anthems cd is a really good cd I got it and can't stop listening to it got some great songs on there Trance is way better than that Basshunters rubbish imho

They are both Hardcore, One is Cheese/happy hardcore and the other is Dutch Hardcore.

Both Hardcore :)

There's also plenty of UK stuff that isn't cheese. Check out CLSM, or any freeform artist for example.
