alrite my car sometimes seems a bit reluctant to start every since i fitted a rrfpr and put colder plugs in it, could either of them be the problem? will this probably change after i get it set up on the rolling road,? harry

Your poor starting issue is most likely due to excessive fuel during engine cranking.

I'd turn the fuel pressure down a little then. Set it around 45-48psi with the vacuum hose disconnected. When you reconnect the vacuum hose, the manifold vacuum should pull the fuel pressure back by around 5-7psi. At idle with the vacuum hose connected the pressure gauge should then read approx 40psi.
