new turbo need running in?

No mate, just check for oil leaks and its good to go

not really. best thing would to keep turning the car over with the oil return disconnected until oil comes out. then reconnect it and start the car. drive the car like you normally would to get it nice and warmed up then boost it a little bit a few times to make sure everything is fine.

if everything seems fine then its good to go.

as above just prime it before you run it and warm the car up then its good to boost :drive:

The above link is to enzos advice on priming the turbo, note the 3rd or 4th reply about removing the return pipe and cranking the engine till oil spits from it. Hope that helps you.
I think as long as you dont stick the turbo on then thrash it around straight away at 1bar+ you should be ok!
