only come pre-gapped if you buy the pre-gapped prefix ones ie bkr7e-11 would be a 1.1 gap.

standard gap should be 1.1 on a GT, others say its 0.8 on a glanza, but i am not sure about that one. unless your running anything mad i would go with 1.1mm and see how it runs

i would run 1.1mm. i run that on all mine. ones is a hybrid ct9 at 1 bar and the other is a td04 at 1.1. have no issues from either
 
its hard to state an exact gap...really depends on your set up
the more boost you run, the more you may need to close the gap to avoid spark blow out

The small Toyota coil has no problem with 1Bar @ 1.1mm :)
But I would suggest closing the gap if you are on the rich side or boosting more than 1Bar
If fuelling is to rich on boost on 1Bar with 1.1mm then the plugs wont last and as stated above spark blow out.

thanks lads will keep that in mind about running rich because i dont have the gcc so she will be a bit rich my old plugs wher black from over fueling the ct9 1 bar setting 3
